  • Ways to Make Transactions
  • It's your money. Have access to it on your own terms.
  • Student Federal Credit Union members can access their accounts in a number of ways, including Bank-by-Phone, Online Banking, mail deposits, ATMs and teller window transactions. There is never a charge for teller window transactions.

    Teller Window Transactions
All transactions require one (1) form of photo identification. In addition, all withdrawals exceeding $200 require two (2) forms of photo identification.

To perform a cash withdrawal of over $500, please notify us three (3) business days in advance by phone at (215) 898-9697 or in person at our office. Teller window access is limited to business hours.

    Bank-by-Phone
Bank-by-Phone, a 24-hour telephone banking service, offers you a convenient way to check the balances of your checking and savings accounts. You can also check loan balances, cleared checks, latest deposits and latest withdrawals, and transfer funds between your accounts.

    To use Bank-by-Phone:

    • Call (215) 898-9442 from a touch-tone phone
    • Follow the instructional voice prompts
    • To hear information about your savings account, enter "1" as the suffix.
    • For your checking account, enter "9" as the suffix.

    Mail Deposits
We offer two ways to deposit your checks (no cash) without having to go to our teller window. You may mail your checks to us and they will be deposited the day they are received. Our mailing address is:
