  • Whether you need money for tuition, a new computer, spring break, or would like to have a line of credit or a mortgage available to you, the Student Federal Credit Union can help you get the money you need. Find out about the different types of loans that the SFCU offers and how they can help you today. Loans officers are also available for open consultation at our office, weekdays between 5pm and 6pm. Alternatively, email us to set up an appointment at loans@sfcu.upenn.edu.

    Personal Loans
    The personal loan is our most versatile loan product. Consolidating credit card debt, covering transitional living expenses, making car payments, and budgeting for spring break, are just a few of the many reasons members take out personal loans.

    • All members are eligible
    • Loan terms ranging from 3 to 60 months
    • Loan principals ranging from $500 to $10,000

    Mortgage Loans
    The Student Federal Credit Union is now offering mortgage loans to its members, via a partnership with the CU Mortgage Group®. Find out more information by visiting http://www.cumortgagegroup.com, or by speaking with a loans officer.
